In the living room is air conditioning, satellite TV (49 inches Android) and a sofa bed for two people. The apartment has central heating, free Wi-Fi, ample private parking at the main entrance and a garden with barbecue. In the lower ground floor is a 130 m² large recreation room (with games and training equipment, washing machine and dryer). The apartment has a loggia with sea views. Below the terrace is the 30 m² large and 1, 50 m deep community pool with overflow, outdoor shower and enough pool chairs. The pool is heated to 26 degrees. Professional filters ensure the best water quality. The apartment has 6 bikes (mountain bikes) and 2 kayaks for 2 people plus 1 child (all included in the price).

The house consists of 2 duplex apartments, which may use the pool, recreation room and barbecue. The landlord lives in the neighboring house and takes care of the pool, recreation room and garden. Changeover day: from 15. 6. 2019 until 7. 9. 2019 Saturday, otherwise flexible. Check in from 16:00 - Check out not later than 10:00. Deposit: 20% by bank transfer. Remaining 80% not later than 35 days before the arrival date. Cancellation fee: from 35 days before the arrival date: 20%, 0 - 34 days before the arrival date: 80%. Plajă stâncoasă The apartment is located on the island of Brac, in the quiet Osibova Bay, and is only 30 meters from a small pebble beach. Here you will find, away from mass tourism, untouched nature, tranquility and crystal clear water. In the bay are predominantly rocky beaches and some smaller pebble beaches. The village of Milna with restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, bakery, post office, pharmacy, doctor, gas station, etc. is 2 km away.
După o lungă căutare pe internet, am observat acest apartament minunat. Am mi-a luat ceva timp până când am realizat ce era în descriere. Tot ce ai nevoie si figuranti multe nu aţi găsit în altă parte. Pretul este de performanţă pur şi simplu imbatabil. Am fost 14 zile de la 07.07.2012 la 21.07.2012 aici in vacanta si nu a vrut de fapt să meargă acasă. Fotografii şi detalii sunt absolut corecte.Este o mare de cristal clar, piscina nu a avut un miros de clor, care este, de asemenea, greu de găsit. Caracteristicile casei sunt perfecte şi curăţenia este de clasa de top. Oraş mic de Milna este bine merită o vizită prin restaurantele sale, mai multe vase mici, etc, mai ales la sfârşit de săptămână. Despre familia proprietarului: nu numai ei vorbesc germana perfecta, dar ei sunt mereu acolo când ai nevoie de ele, foarte iubitoare copii (proprietarul însuşi are doi copii), şi, desigur, cele mai bune bunica şi bunicul se poate imagina. Pot confirma din experienta personala. De asemenea, am decis să se întoarcă la plecare.
