Apartamentele "Niki sunt situate în Orij, în apropiere de orașul de Dugi Rat (centrul situat la aproximativ 500 m). La primul etaj sunt 3 apartamente (echipate 2010). Casa este un loc de parcare. Copiii se pot juca în curte sau pe terenul de joacă școală care se află în apropiere. În apropiere (200m) este o frumoasă plajă cu pietriș. Drumul de acces la plaja este plat, fără scări. Ideal pentru o vacanță lipsită de griji și plăcută. Micul distanta de la centre turistice atractive (Split, 15 km, Omis 6 km, Makarska 35 km ...) furnizează o varietate de posibilități pentru concediul.

Accomodation of fifth person, if older than 5 years will be charged 5 EUR / day. Prices include: bed linen, towels, cooking and eating sets, expences for water and electricity, Internet, final cleaning and accomodation tax for each person. Grill may be used. Parking place for 1 car per apartment is assured. The use of air conditioning is not included in the price. For booking 4 days or shorter, an additional 15% cost has to be calculated. Apartments will be free for entrance at 14:00 first day and must be left before 10:00 of last day. The full cost of accommodation must be paid at the arrival together with the delivery of the keys. Payment is accepted in cash only (no credit cards).
